Tankless Heater Tax Credit

Going green has never been so financially positive. The tankless heater tax credit is another example of how reducing your carbon footprint and utility bill can really pay.

What is a tankless heater? Well, go for a stroll around your house. You'll eventually find a device that looks like a small, but fat, missile of some sort. It is usually in the garage, but can be in a closet space if your architect was an idiot. Regardless, that is your water heater. It holds a lot of water as you can see. It constantly is popping on and off as it tries to keep that water at a set hot temperature. This is extremely inefficient and runs your utility bill up to say the least.

Imagine how cold it gets in your garage and you can get a better idea of how often that heater is coming on.

The new approach makes sense in many ways. Getting people motivated to change to it is a bit more difficult. To give us a prod or two, Congress passed The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
